Hans David Matras (1819-1875)

Hans David Matras var keypmaður og politikkari. Hann varð borin í heimin á Viðareiði. Hann giftist við Sunnuvu Simonsdatter frá Hattarvík. Hans David ognaðist Fugloyarbók, sum Hanus Hanussarson (1794-1584), bóndi í Útistovu í Hattarvík skrivaði. Hans David skrivaði inngang og evnisyvirlit í bókina og sendi hana V. U. Hammershaimb. Fugloyarbók er nú á Árnasavninum í Keypmannahavn (savnsnummar: Acc. 4 a).
